Our small apartment (approx. 55 m²) in the basement with its own entrance is suitable for 2-4 people.

It has a double room, a bathroom with bathtub including shower and toilet and a cozy, fully equipped kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch - sleeping space for the 3rd and 4th person - and flat-screen TV. The garden has a large living area and a garden pavilion with seating.

Here you can enjoy the unique panorama of the Ötztal Alps.
